The National Football League’s trade deadline is today at 4pm. After dropping to 2-6 on the weekend, the Washington Football Team certainly could be sellers as their playoff aspirations are already disappearing. Head Coach Ron Rivera has indicated that he will be evaluating everything over the team’s bye week.
Will any deals get done today?
The Denver Broncos beat the Washington Football Team 17-10 at Empower Field at Mile High Stadium on Sunday. Washington dropped it’s fourth consecutive game to fall to 2-6 heading into their bye week.
Washington’s mistakes and missed opportunities cost them.
The Washington Football Team have dropped three games in a row, and head to Empower Field in Denver on Halloween Day looking for a win. The Broncos have been idle for ten days after a 17-14 loss to the Browns in last week’s Thursday Night game.
Washington have a bye next week and can ill afford to drop to 2-6. Both teams need to get back on the winning side of the equation if they expect to have any 2021 playoff opportunities.
Tough stretch. Three losses in a row leaves Washington at 2-5, and the season is starting to get away from them a little bit.

It’s a positive that Antonio Gibson is able to go again with the shin injury, and not on this list. Or is it? Eventually he might hurt that shin enough to not only land on the inactive list, but the season-ending injured reserve list.

Washington retired Sean Taylor’s jersey number 21 this past weekend. He is just the third player in Washington history to receive the honor.
Much ado has been made about the lack of notice to fans. Rightfully so, Sean deserved better.
So why not at least honor him with a wallpaper?
