The Washington Football Team will face the defending Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. Both teams are coming off a Week 9 bye. Washington have to find a way to end a four-game losing streak that has already dashed almost any hope of anything coming out of the 2021 season.
Head-To-Head
These two teams have faced each other 24 times in their histories. The series is tied with each team having won 12 games.
The last game between the two was in last year’s playoffs. Washington were bested 31-23 by Tom Brady and the Bucs on the day. But it also may have been as close as anyone played The Bucs en route to their Super Bowl victory.
Washington did win the last two regular season match-ups, in 2015 and 2018.
