Redskins Preseason Schedule Announced

The Redskins’ 2007 Preseason schedule has been released.

Washington will open the preseason on the road against Tennessee on August 11th. The game will take place at LP Field in Nashville at 8:00pm, and will be broadcast nationally by the NFL Network.

The Redskins’ first game at Fed Ex Field will be against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The date is yet to be determined, but it will be some time between August 16th and August 20th.

For the third consecutive year, Washington will play a preseason game against the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens travel to Fed Ex between August 23rd and August 27th for the third preseason game.

The Redskins will close out the preseason on the road in Jacksonville on August 30th. Mark Brunell returns to his old stomping grounds for the first time since coming to Washington. The game is at Alltel Stadium, but the game time has not yet been announced.

Redskin fans will be able to listen to all four games on the Redskins Radio Network (94.3 FM, 92.7 FM and 730 AM).

All of the games will be televised, as WUSA-9 and Comcast SportsNet will cover three games (Steelers, Ravens and Jaguars) to go along with the NFL Network’s coverage of the Titans game.
