Congrats to BigRedskinDaddy for winning week 7 with an impressive 11-3 record. Many great results last week and this thing is still very much any one’s game. For the season Floyd and BigRedskinDaddy are tied in first place at 61-25. Only 5 wins separate first and tenth place.

Hognostications Week 7

May 3, 2025October 18, 2008 by Hoss

Wow, what happened last week? After failing to post this blog last week I ended up with a 6-8 record and the Skins lost. The only other time the Skins lost was week 1 when this blog wasn’t posted, because the hognostications weren’t up and running yet. So I’ve concluded that when I do not post my … Read more

Congratulations to BigRedskinDaddy for going 14-2 in last week’s hognostications. There were many close games in which several games weren’t decided until the clock reached zero.

Congratulations go out to Fiji Hog with a 13-2 record last week. There were several hognosticators with a respectable 12-3 record also.

Damn.. MANY close games last week. I guess that’s what separates the men from the boys. That’s OK, I like using the Redskins strategy and lulling my opponent to sleep before I make my move.

If you want to make a few bucks this week, then I suggest you take these to the bank:

The Six Pack: Much Better Week 2 2008

August 21, 2026September 17, 2008 by Fios

After a great come from behind 29-24 victory by the Washington Redskins, here is this week’s Six Pack: 1) Hey, that was a lot more fun. A mere 10 days after putting a sizable portion of the Redskins fan base on suicide watch, the team bounced back with a thrilling win. Jim Zorn went from … Read more

The FIfth Quarter: New Orleans Saints

May 3, 2025September 15, 2008 by Scott Hurrey

Sure the New Orleans Saints were injury depleted as they travelled to FedEx Field to square off against the Washington Redskins. Sure Jim Zorn brought out the Skins in white-on-white, forcing the Saints to wear dark gold pants and black jerseys in the 94-degree weather. The burgundy and gold still went out, overcame missed kicks … Read more
