First Look: WFT Vs Carolina – Head To Head, Odds And More

The Washington Football Team will face the Carolina Panthers at the Bank of America Stadium this coming Sunday. These two teams are both coming off huge upset victories. Washington ended a losing streak with a big 29-19 victory over the defending Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Panthers are coming off a convincing 34-10 win over the 8-1 Arizona Cardinals (now 8-2).

These two teams have faced each other just 16 times. Washington currently lead the series 9-7-0.

They have played each other in each of the last three seasons. Carolina won last year’s match-up 20-13 at Fed Ex. Washington won the match-ups in 2018 (29-21) and 2019 (23-17).

Injury Situation

For Washington:

Montez Sweat and Chase Young are out.

All currently questionable: Samuel Cosmi (Ankle), Curtis Samuel (Groin), Greg Stroman (undisclosed) and Ricky Seals-Jones (Hip).

Logan Thomas, Darryl Roberts and Jared Norris could all potentially return from the Injured Reserve list this week.

For Carolina:

Austin Larkin (DE) and Myles Hartsfield (DB) are currently listed as questionable for Week 11.

Rashaan Melvin (CB), Stantley Thomas-Oliver (CB), Colin Thompson (TE), Kenny Robinson (S), Shi Smith (WR), and Phil Hoskins (DT) were all inactive for Week 10 at Arizona.

Joseph Charlton (P) and Deonte Brown (OG) are currently on Injured Reserve but slated to potentially return for Week 11.
