The Washington Football Team and the Kansas City Chiefs enter their Week 6 match-up with identical records of 2-3. That’s probably more surprising for the latter than the former. Can Washington rebound from a disappointing loss to the New Orleans Saints last week?
The Chiefs were pounded by the Buffalo Bills. Will Patrick Mahomes punish a struggling WFT defense and get the Chiefs back to .500 on the road? Can Taylor Heinicke protect the ball better, against a Chiefs defense struggling as much as Washington’s?

Picks: Where To Put Your Money
Home dogs and getting nearly a touchdown? That would normally be hard to lay off.
There’s too many distractions in D.C. to expect the team to come up with a great effort. Washington’s defense hasn’t played well enough to stop anybody, let alone Patrick Mahomes. It’s hard to see it starting this week. Take the Chiefs. Everybody else is.
Kansas City -6.5 Over 54.0
If you are a Washington fan and want to make the homer pick, see if you can find a book that’s giving you +7 points instead of +6.5.
The Over / Under is big at 54, but that’s because both teams have struggled defensively. The book is expecting a next-to-no-defense affair.
Sounds about right. Take the over.
Prop Bets
With two teams struggling defensively, both teams scoring ten points in the first half, seems a good prop bet at BetUs.
