Washington Commanders 2023 Coaching Staff – Changes For 2023

The 2023 offseason for the Washington Commanders saw some turnover in the coaching ranks. The most noteworthy of course, being the firing of Scott Turner at the end of the 2022 season.

Turner’s departure opened the door for Washington to hire Eric Bieniemy as their new offensive coordinator. He helped guide Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and their high octane offense, to two Super Bowls. He was also named Assistant Head Coach.

Candidates For The Vacant Commanders Offensive Coordinator Gig

Scott Turner was fired just over a week ago. In cutting that tie, the Washington Commanders are in search of a new man to lead their offense. That might be a difficult sell given the current state of uncertainty with the franchise. With a new owner on the horizon, there’s less job security in ANY Commanders coaching position than with any other job in the National Football League.
