Daniels had over 6000 yards (6032) passing and 32 touchdowns at ASU. He added another 1,288 yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground.
In 2022, Daniels transferred to LSU. He elevated his game to new heights.
In two seasons with the Tigers, he experienced many significant achievements. He led the nation in total offense with 4,946 yards and touchdowns (50) in 2023 and earned the prestigious Heisman.
Daniels also set multiple records at LSU, including the most rushing yards by a quarterback in a single season (1,134 yards).
In total, he added another 6,725 yards passing and 57 touchdowns through the air while at LSU. He also had another 2,019 yards and 21 touchdowns on the ground.
That gave Daniels 12,757 collegiate passing yards, 3307 rushing yards, and an incredible 123 combined touchdowns.

Analysts are quick to heap on the praise.
“Jayden’s ball placement in the red zone is elite,” said Fox Sports Analyst Emmanuel Acho, “Especially on slot fades.”
Veteran NFL defensive back turned analyst Patrick Peterson said, “I just thought he was the best all-around quarterback in this 2024 draft.”
Harris, Peters and Quinn seem to think so too.
