FoxSports has the Skins ranked 19th

This stuff never ceases to amaze me:

m

They use a model that takes into account who they have played this season and how they did at the end of last season. I believe that it also uses modifiers based on wind direction, temperature and humidity. There is also a variable for how well the author ...

Holy crap - I don't think I can take many more of these comebacks! 50 minutes of depression followed by 10 minutes of utter delight.

Favorite moment? Seeing the "Dan Snyder bought the Redskins but we OWN them" sign seconds before Moss's first TD reception. Sweet victory!

The three Dallas fans ...

If we don't keep our new kicker around once Hall is back on his feet then I believe we'll see Dyson back in Burgandy and Gold. We're lacking a big possession receiver for crossing patterns and I think Dyson could serve that role. Then again Joe Gibbs intimated that he still thinks highly of Antonio ...

I was at the game and watched John Hall warm up. I thought something was wrong at that point - he was accurate but didn't have any distance on his kicks. This sucks because as today demonstrated, we will need a good kicker. Chandler will be back for Monday's game. How do you make room? Probably ...

I personally believe Broughton and Cartwright will both make the roster. Broughton because of his skill now and major long term potential and Cartwright because he has demonstrated how solid a player he is. Also Joe Gibbs really likes Rock and has singled him out as a true Redskins style player. I ...

My pass is in the Orange lot - was offered to me with the club seats we bought. Great lot, perfect for tailgating, and leads to a quick exit AFTER the game (not during the 4th quarter when most of the other club seat knuckleheads bail out).

Santana, is winning division games going to be a key to the Redskins chances of making the playoffs this year?

No, I believe that winning non-conference games is much more important. I mean, anyone can beat teams in their own division, there are only three of them.

Santana, boxers or briefs?

I'm with JP on this one. The ONLY situation I see where Sean Taylor gets cut from this team is if he goes to jail for three (or more) years. The trial will likely be next year, after the season is over. If he is convicted next year the Redskins will have the ability to get a significant portion of ...

I want to look at this from the other side, Sean Taylors. If at the age of 22, someone stole two of my ATV's and I knew who it was, I would also have gone over and kick their $$$, witout the gun of course. I am a few years older now and I have out grown that, but when I was 22 years old I did ...

I think Sean Taylor has become a poster child for young athletes that think they are above the law. Any of you know any people growing up that had parents in law enforcement? I for one will really miss Smoot. You guys that are dumping on him because he didn't live up to the "core Redskin" title for a mere $800K are not looking at the whole compensation package. If it was just a difference of $800K for the signing bonus I seriously doubt that he would be going to the ...

Not just $800K

He'll be getting an average salary of $6M over the first three years - much less than the Skins offered. To match it would have made a bad cap situation worse. We've been conditioned to think lately that it's all about the signing bonus. It's not.
