Williams is a great cordinator, but a horrible coach. He has one of the best defensive minds in the game.

Well, you guys obviously don't care, but the most recent pick is Mkristo Bruce out of washington state. I already took a DE, but in the 6th round he was just too good to pass up. A guy who doesn't have the measurables, but knows how to play. Excellent brains for the game, and he knows how to get the ...

i really like the idea of getting fletcher and clements...i've been saying it in many past threads. it would be perfect to get fletcher for a one year deal and focus on getting a young MLB in the 08 draft. he's played in GW's system and knows the defense well and can teach, not to mention he can ...

Poor guy, hopefuly he gets a spot somewhere. Reguardless, once he retires he will make a great DB coach. Whitner and Simpson credit their strong season to his tutoring.

For the record, clements may not be on his way out. Levy has stated he will make clements a "very attractive" offer, the thing is, will clements want the highest contract he's offered (I'm guessing clevelend), or will he remain loyal to buffalo. I'm guessing its not the latter...

Why would the Skins even want Vilma? He's an undersized LB who struggles shedding blockers, and is only really good in a cover-2, or similar scheme. Skins run a smashmouth D that revolves around power.

Also, Vilma will miss the occasional tackler, not exactly something the redskins want. There's ...

So, your thoughts?

Not a player that can help the team

Lacks ideal top-end speed. Does not show the speed or closing burst to consistently turn the corner as an edge rusher in the NFL. Doesn't have much value as an every-down defensive end in a 4-3 scheme. Is a power-end type that will only ...

You want to know how good clements is? Look at marvin harrison's stats against the bills. Clements has the ability to shut down an opposing teams #1. I wish the bills would retain him, but its pretty obvious he will go to the highest bidder. I for one, don't know how to skins can afford him. I think ...

I'm a bills fan, and I'll say, I really don't have a problem with the hit.

Would I have liked to see taylor wrap up moormon, sure, but its all out of instinct. It might have been too much for the probowl, but hell, its still football, let 'em play. Would I wish more, is that moormon would have ...

As a bills fan I can tell you fletcher can certainly still play. He is simply put, a tackling machine. He was one of the biggest pro bowl snubs this year.

Anyway, the only reason buffalo is not retaining him is because he doesn't fit their new scheme, which requires faster LB's who can cover. In ...

I really think if you trade down and pick up an early second round pick Buster Davis would be the perfect fit for you guys. He is simply a tackling machine. He's a lot like london fletcher, who excelled in the same scheme.

I know a lot of you were ubhappy with my trade, but here now, is what I got out of the later first round pick and the 2nd rounder.

Round One: Adam Carriker; DE Nebraska: He can play DE or DT, but in the varriated 46 scheme greg williams runs he'll likely play DE. Not a monster pass rusher, but he ...

The reasons you might have traded down is because it seems like you are stretching for players that won't be there. Branch??? Not unless he breaks something at the combine. Hall, I have a hard time believing the number 1 corner on the board falls past 15. CB is always a need of many teams. At this ...

Williams is a HORRIBLE head coach, and if he ever gets a HC job I hope its with the fish. He builds real good defenses, but has no idea about anything offense. I don't think he had one good offense throughout his entire tenure in buffalo.

Hey Draft_Net101, welcome to the discussion.

Williams has ...

Well, the draft is underway. I have traded the first pick to the Jags in exchange for they're pick at 17, they're second rounder, and they're 6th rounder. It may have been a bit in their favor, but I needed to make a deal.

If by some mirical one of the big 4 Dlinemen falls to me I will take him ...

A Redskin Review

Hello, I am from a different message board where we are doing a mock draft, in which every person gets one team. I ended up receiving the redskins. Now, let me say, I know nothing about the redskins, so I am looking for some help as far as team needs.

Yes, I can get stats from some positions, and ...
