Re: I see LaVar headed out west

1. Philly--salary cap troubles especially still needing to deal with the Terrell Owens saga..

Hate to tell you, but Philly's got a ton of cap space, and they're going to have even more when they simply CUT T.O. next week. They have enough space to get him if they really want him. I don't ...

I can think of 10 RB's I'd rather have than Benson, in college alone. I have the feeling I'm writing to a 9 year old.

If you thought there was a lot of purple in the stands last night, wait until the Giants and Eagles play here later this season. It's going to be a home game for them!

Ugh.

I actually heard that there were still a large number of Cowboys fans there. Was that the case? I remember in recent years it seemed there were just as many Cowboys or Eagles fans (depending on who the Skins were playing of course) as there were Skins fans. Is it back to more of a "home field ...

The top is Quienten Coryatt at Texas A&M against TCU. Broke the guys jaw. I remember watching it when it took place, hardest hit I've ever seen. I like the other guy talking trash to the hurt player, a classy touch.

The Giants look bad, but their offensive line wasn't nearly as bad as I thought they would look. But they don't appear to have as much talent as the other three teams in the division, and should find themselves with a record similar to last years.

Philly was scary. McNabb and Owens are already on ...

Sorry, but the Michigan helmet design didn't have anything to do with the QB's picking up WR's. Back in the day there were two pieces of leather that made the helmet, and they decided to paint on piece of the leather yellow. The result is what you see today.

Sportsline has a hilarious retract on their site right now. This hoax has gotten out of control! What meant to be a prank, spread like wildfire. I blame the cicadas.

Hugh Douglas signs with Birds...

Just above the Vet minimum:

Sounds like a good signing for the birds.

A lock for the Eagles. They'll sign him for a vet. minimum contract, and look like geniuses again for letting a player walk, have an average season, and come back cheaper.

Eagles still cruise to the divison title, no problem. Enough with the unrealistic dreaming, yes it's ok to hope for the best, but let me give you a small dose of reality...the birds aren't going anywhere and will CRUISE to another division title.

Whoa whoa whoa. Let's keep thinking clear. Trent Green, Shawn Barber, Stephen Davis, N.D. Kalu...these players weren't CUT. They were free agents, and weren't resigned. That is what is known as a "big difference." Iffy is a boderline Arena League talent...in short, he's awful. I'm surprised he didn ...

It's a very tough loss, considering Strahan and Kearse are both Left Defensive Ends, and will now be going against a backup, or James "Big Cat" Williams. That spells trouble.

True, that last one was a GIMMIE...still can't deny that he's around the ball. Ramsey just threw a beautiful pass to the back-up punter on the sideline...goes down as a mere incompletion.
