HUH Bbaty? Aikman was drafted to be a franchise QB and he proved just that. He won 3 SBs and is in the HOF!

Yes he did. But the first full season he played as Dallas starter his win/loss ratio was 1 Win and 15 losses. Do you think beck was drafted to be a backup in Miami? LMBO

The worst thing that could happen is that this team somehow wins 6-8 games and Mr. Tanning Bed (Shanahan) thinks there might be a future with John Beck at QB. Sorry but John Beck will never be able to lead us to the playoffs. We need to get a Franchise QB (Most Preferably Andrew Luck!)

gafney is likely our #3 WR. Moss #1, AA #2.

You know what I think? Personally Rogers is a QB Dream throw to whomever he's covering cause 70% of the passes ...

Re: Need some o lineman and Rbs

Need to sign Brown and possibly Heyer and bring in some more guys to compete on the oline. Would like to see some of the guys the Giants and Cowboys cut brought in for a look (Davis, Columbo, etc.) Flozell may be done since the Steelers cut him but could be worth a look too. Are we after Dahl in ...

Re: Westbrook at Slot

Good day brothers of the Red and Gold.

Why not put Westbrook at Slot? With his health, yes he passed the Rams' physical, I can't see Westbrook staying healthy at RB. He has proven hands and chemistry with McNabb.

Let's face it; Thomas and Kelly combined didn't obtain 800 yards receiving. The WR ...

I have no idea why you're worried. Haynesworth's attitude can only be a problem if it is permitted to spread. What is becoming clear is that the players don't intend to let it. Great way to look at the draft. Best in years overall.

I wouldn't have complained if the FO had selected O-line with every pick simply to find keepers.

Every selection they made made sense . . . Been a decade, maybe more, since we've been ableto say that!

Now . . . Maybe a few diamonds in the ...

Re: Great Start For Shanahan and Allen

It must have been torture getting a pick in the first hour of the draft and then sitting on their hands the rest of the night and the next, but this was so right to get us back on track. The only way to get another pick that high was to give up a higher pick next year.

The #3 last year for Jarmon ...

No on Seymour for Big Al. I think we've got to focus on offense.

So you mean, trade AH for picks, then use picks for offense? Let's say we get Okung or Williams at #4. So we have our LT. Then let's say we get a 2nd rounder this year plus another pick later. Who you picking in, say, the 35-40 ...

I absolutely agree with you about Haynesworth. He made our Defense better. Two players got 22 sacks because of him. He did seem to pick some of the wrong times to take himself out of the line-up tough. BUt he was still the force that opened the lanes.

Unless we draft Okung and avoid the temptation to trade down, as well as find a monster RT, we'll be lucky to finish 7-9 or so, depending on the breaks. If we do get Okung and the monster RT, and everyone stays healthy, we'll have a shot at 10-6 or so. Unlike some on this board, I don't
