The TD catch was good. I was referring to a first down catch he had around midfield. It could have been a 30 or 40-yd catch. I am nitpicking - I know. It just drove me nuts to hear the commentators hailing him for this "great" midfield catch and his speed when it could have been so much more.

The ...

That play referred to in this thread where Sinorice accelerated to the drop-spot of the ball... not being a tall guy, why would he want to get to the landing spot of the ball as fast as possible? His speed is definitely impressive, but you laud him to easily for using his speed to get to the spot ...

My top 7 Skins needs in the draft are: DT, DE, WR, DT, DE, OG, and WR.

No way does Washington need another QB. The only guy with QB time on his resume that would make sense to get a look would be Michael Robinson. Some of talked about him not getting drafted. If he doesn't go in the 6th round, I'd take him in the 7th. He's a great candidate to morph into another Randle ...

No way should Sinorice be in the Top-10. As I said in another thread, if he runs a 4.3 at the combine, he might go in the Top-15 - the same goes for Santonio Holmes. There are a few teams that could use either one of them, but the value of a player like Moss varies from team to team to team.

There are no money receivers in this draft. Zero. The only way one moves into the Top-15 is if one like Moss or Holmes runs a 4.3 at the combine. If 4 go in the first round, it'll be a colossal mistake.

Baskett didn't have near as many drops as Martin Nance. Nance just killed himself at the Senior Bowl. Go ahead and pile on Baskett. He's not bad, he's just not worth a first-day pick. If he were around in the 6th round and I needed a taller receiver, I'd take him.

Dependability is key. If you were a GM, coach, or personnel director, how would you like to be wondering each week whether or not Marcus Vick is going to end up in the papers due to a substance abuse suspension or a moving violation morphed into drug bust a la Michael Irvin or Claude Wroten?

He's ...

Tapp's 6'1/265. There certainly are some good light DEs out there (Kearse 265, Rice 268, Abraham 258, and Freeney 268), but Freeney is the only one that is as short as 6'1. The rest are around 6'4. The average DE in the league comes in at 6'3/277. That doesn't mean Tapp can't be successful, but he's ...

I'll take Denver if they're still available.

I live here, go to training camp each summer, have season tickets, and occasionally am able to read Ted Sundquist's mind.
