I didn't know he applied :lol: That's one hell of an "extreme" make-over.... it must have been when they were first testing the show.... it was originally called "Suprise Extreme Makeover" ;) And I guess after Mr. Barker... they ditched the surprise part... :|

Now, I'm too young to have witnessed the '83 leg break play. . .but Barker's nose is the 2nd worst looking injury--in terms of pure grossness and shudder-factor--that I have ever witnessed (first place was when Ed McAffery's leg buckled as it broke during Monday night game a few seasons ago).
