Joe Gibbs poll
it's a loaded poll I know, but it just feels good to even type it all

Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

The problem you'll run into with some of these guys is that they are currently under contract. One of the problems Bill had in Dallas was that he couldn't just go out and get who he wanted from the old days.
The team owner has to request permission from each team to interview their guys. If it's a clear promotion, position coach to coordinator for instance, there's not much a team can do to stand in the way. However, if you're bringing in a position coach from a similar role on his current team, you can be denied permission and typically teams *do* deny permission.
Since you already have your defensive coordinator set, the only "upgrade" path is likely through offensive coordinator from a position coach. You might get away with an "assistant head coach" type of flim-flam, but the leageu has kinda cracked down on that sort of thing in the last few years.
What's Grimm's role in Pittsburgh? If he's their o-line coach, chances are you won't see him as the Skins o-line coach. Just an example.

How bout them Cowboys!
Gregg Williams
I thought that it was already official that Gibbs was hiring Gregg Williams...Heard it on the sports junkies this morning on the way to work.
BTW, when I heard them talking about Coach Gibbs I too couldn't believe it. Even after they flat out said that Gibbs wdas the new coach I had to check espn.com this morning when I got to work.
I've been useless at work all day....I'm just so excited.
