On a scale of 1 - 10 the talent level is much closer to 0 than it is to 10.

No they wouldn't. They might be slightly above average. As Gisele said the other night.... "The QB can't throw the ball AND catch it." We need to improve the entire talent base on offense. QB would be a good start and a major improvement, but it can't be the only change.
