Most people resist even acknowledging mistakes thereby preventing themselves from learning from them.

Snyder is THE MAIN reason this franchise has not done well

If you are including Marty then this is another mistake. He was more than HC. He was Director of Football Operations and it appears he was doing an excellent job.

This is a VERY good FO and this is a really good HC - both are the best we've had here since 1999 - THAT'S A GOOD THING

I could argue this but they are certainly a better combo than anything since Marty.

stick with the plan

This would have been a perfect way to end a post when Marty was 0-5 or after he finished 8-8. Danny didn't stick with that plan. I am with you in hoping he sticks with this one this time.

You're right DM - Hopefully Snyder has indeed learned from his many mistakes
Snyder has seen what has happened here - he'll give the FO more time

the franchise is heading in the right direction - the main issue here is finding a QB in a market that doesn't have many really good ones available either through free agency or the draft




Snyder will remain where he is and try and keep the ego in check ... for now
