In bru,
This site list all credibility for me when I looked ast how it had Moss and ey ranked. It had ey as something like the 40th best TE in the league and Moss around the 60th.
Just absurd!!!

Washington passed on the chance to sign high-profile players in free agency and instead pursued role players willing to sacrifice for the greater good. Shanahan repeatedly has stressed that this year, the Redskins’ roster comprises hungry, high-character players.
the 2 QBs are a BIG issue for Mike (& Kyle) BUT they did not think that any of the QBs in the draft were worth all that much and are waiting to address this as soon as they can identify a really good QB for this franchise AND their offense - in years past we may have 'reached' with this position
THESE GUYS ARE GOOD
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

It's not a site with subjective rankings. If Moss comes in as the 60th best receiver, that doesn't necessarily mean they are saying he should be drafted 60th if you were starting a new team/league.
So the stats can't be used in quite the same way a lot of people like to use them. They are measurements for very specific things (and you can find all the info for what goes into them on the site).

Because he was asked by a reporter doing a story about this year's team not having big names like last year's team. It's not like he's gone out of his way to trash Fat Albert. He actually doesn't even mention him by name. It's just that everyone knows who he's talking about when he talks about so-called stars who won't come to work.
Did D Hall steal somebody's puppy?? Why so much hate for a guy who plays so well for us most of the time.

I know they seem to cherry pick some stats to tel the story they want to tell. I'm not saying they are intentionally trying to make the Skins players look bad, they just have some stats that they value higher than others.
No way, ey or Moss end up that low unless you are using some weird stats.
There is no way DHall is the 83rd best CB in the NFL.
Yes, those stats were cherry picked!

*dapz* Hogster
That's what I'm saying man. I understand he isn't Champ, Revis, or Nandi but good grief already.
D Hall is a good fit here. He has great catch up speed, he baits the QB, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I think peeps here are dead on, if he gets a good safety behind him, he'll have a better season than last year.

Ha ha lpJ I told him the same mess yesterday if he aint a skin why would I care if I get it right?? So petty man reminds me of this fanatic I met once... Such rediculous posts. We get u hate this roster and hope we fail and magically acquire luck and a whole new roster. now move on doode your posts are redundant and jus an eye sore anymore.
Hate hall? post it up at dallascowpukes forum..
I dig hall and stats don't tell all.. Any other b&g db have as many ints? Tds? Dare I say WIN games? W a healthy secondary better LB help d hall will flourish into the best thing since DG 28. -lmao in my optimistic eyes at least.
Glad at least this D is confident and headed in the right direction.

I never said that I hated Hall, and I don't believe that my response indicated that either. This is the comment that I had a problem with.
Do we have a guy that we’re paying $100 million to? No we don’t. But who needs a guy that you’re going to pay $100 million to if he won’t come out onto the field and play?
That in my opinion was not necessary and in my opinion that is throwing someone under the bus, and that again in my opinion is recreating this whole Big Albert saga which this team does not need to go through again.

Dude, Fat Albert wasn't "thrown" under the bus, he jumped under the bus

He went in for a play, but couldn't get up, that's why the bus ran him over.

Not sure that you can have quality free agents when you are 26 million below the cap. They did have some big departures but Mcnabb and Haynesworth brough drama, whether or not it was intentional is beyond me. Frankly, I though Shanahan was a little out of his element with those two.

Posting links that Irn-Bru already posted does not invalidate Harley's criticism of your previous post.
Hardly a big mistake a hole. You may notice the term riposte, a term from swordplay, referring to a counter thrust. My critique of the post was almost a verbatim copy of your response to my post on another thread, you hypocritical son of a cowpuke. Whip out your stats all day, in the end he was MVP of the probowl. How many "better" corners single handedly won two games for their teams last year? This is the last time I am responding to any of your tripe, you slimy TROLL. Just wanted to clarify. The only way it was a big mistake was that it fed the TROLL. May you suffer disappointments at every turn, scumbag!

hall is a double edged sword he makes plays and will give up some ...... about the blitzes we will be throwing at qbs it will count on if we get to the qb make him make poor decisions the more time you give any qb he will fine an open wr

I don't think that Hall was 'attacking' the fat slob as much as he was making the point that the players that are here are making an effort and how hard it must have been to have players that were just showing up and, for the most part, rather than contribute to anything they were bent on creating a bad atmosphere on the the field and in the clubhouse
Good DBs are made better by getting pressure up front - our defense may not be really good this season but they will be better than we have seen for a few years - we have gotten better with our front 7 and with our secondary
I like having a guy like Hall playing for our secondary - he's a good CB

No doubt with Hall we live by the sword and die by the sword. But as I and others bashed Rogers for drawing more passes and allowing QB's to try to thread a needle because he was zero threat to intercept them, Hall diverts a lot of passes because he's an enormous threat to intercept. He also causes more overthrows and out of bounds throws as well as QB's want to make sure he can't get his hands on the ball. And he's on a good receiver as well. You can't just count passes given up and INTs.
