Redskins reached agreement with DE Stephen Bowen

The Cowboys wanted Canty back, but, obviously they weren't going to overpay for him as is the case here with Bowen. He was a starter only after Spears was done for the year.

BTW, were the Cowboys that interested? According to an interview with Bowen on ESPN radio, the Cowboys didn't even call him until the day after the Redskins made contact.


Before the lockout, the Cowboys offered him a $1.9 million 2nd round tender. Sounds like they wanted him. BTW- Did you see him ge that sack last night?

It doesn't matter WHY he started, only how he played WHEN he started.
