I am no expert on the matter, but JC seemed to be more controlled and concise with his movements and decision making; and for that matter, JC looks the best (body wise and decision making) he ever has in his whole career. He seemed very fluid and you can just tell how quick he is making his reads and getting rid of the ball. I hope he continues to impress and make progress. The early synopsis on the Zornholio effect is that it seems to have Campbell becoming a force to be reckoned with.
I completely agree. I think Zorn is the best thing that could have happened for Jason. I agree, Jason look real good.
I think everyone here has touched on all the high lights from last nights game. The QB's went 19-22 with 3 TD's and we only had four penalties the whole game. That's pretty damn good for the 1st preseaon game. It was definitely apparent Zorn has prepared this team well and has his QB's clicking. There will still be a learning curve, but Zorn is exceeding early expectations.
One final note. Doughty is the incumbent at SS and it's his job to lose. But if Horton continues to play like he did last night, Reed better step it up. Reed did miss on a few plays last night. He wasn't horrible by any means, but he also didn't stand out like Horton did. Horton was all over the place and was pretty impressive. It will be a fun competition to watch and may the best man win.
