There are valid arguments to be made that Williams has made poor personnel decisions on defence, but those arguments would be better made without childish namecalling.

Well, to be fair, his defenses have always been awful at creating turnovers. From
this article:
During his three years as Buffalo's head coach, the Bills never caused more than 19 take-aways in a season, and ranked last two seasons and second-to-last the other.
That's a bad track record. It's almost better to have a defense that gives up yards but creates turnovers (giving the offense a short field to work from), than to have a defense that doesn't give up yards, but doesn't get any turnovers, either. Because if your offense makes a mistake (fumble/int), than you know your defense cannot reciprocate.
It's a little surprising that Williams' defenses have never created turnovers, because he supposedly runs a high-risk, blitzing defense. For example, the Eagles run a blitzing defense, and historically get a lot of turnovers because of the pressure...
