Hkhog- thank you , I agree about

ey and have said as much.
Now as for team needs ...
I've flip flopped a bunch of times on what we need the most. I agree with CLL on what we need.
DE, OG, WR and CB. I'll add another one -> OT.
1.)
OG - is the priority here. Yes we need a dominant DE but with a 2nd round pick I doubt we'll get one. We CAN get a stud OG in the 2nd though and have Dock and him fight it out in camp. Skins should pick one up in the 2nd
2.)
DE - yes, CLL and I agree that one is needed. Had we had a first round pick I'd say try to get one there but since we don't and stud interior O-lineman will most likely be available in the 2nd I say wait until the 3rd round to pick one up.
3.)
OT - I picked this 3rd since I'm not sold on our OT depth yet (it can change if I see some improvement at which time this slot goes to DE) but a DE could work here with the OT being taken in the 3rd. Look at the Steelers. They are getting it done on offense b/c that line is so dominating. Remember the famed line of which this site is aptly named? Those Hogs were the cornerstone of Gibbs' first run here in DC. Without a dominant O-line, we don't make it to the big game. I'm not sure if we have a 4th rounder but if we do, take OT there. If not, then take a CB or WR in the next round (5th) that we pick and then take a OT after that.
4.)
CB - we need depth here. Nuff said. Take this after OT if we have a 4th. If we don't have a 4th take CB in the 5th.
5.)
WR - we
should be picking up a WR in Free Agency which is why I put this last. I'd rather get a proven commodity at WR then possibly get another Rod Gardner or Michael Westbrook. If we don't sign a FA WR then WR goes in the 3rd round and all picks after that get moved back one round.
This is of course assuming that all goes as planned. Sometimes a player is available when you're ready to pick that you just have to take. But we really do need to draft an OG on Day 1 of the draft. Hopefully one of the stud DE's fall to us in the 2nd but I sincerely doubt it.
