 I went back and read some more of the posts and boy they just don't get it!!!The bronco's fans wonder why no skin fans wants to post and debate on there site. They majority of bronco fans say we think they are dumb and they know nothing about football.I think that is just not the case at all.The case is that they do not want to hear anything at all that is "redskin".The points that Punu made were all written off and majority of bronco fans think we are still the team of last year.No we are not!!!Things change and thats the part they can't grasp. The skins have a good defense. The skins have a better offense this year.Brunell is healthy and is playing like a veteran. We have better speed at w.r.We are going to play hard up in denver so here it comes bronco fans get ready!!!!

I haven't read anything thats been posted outside of this forum but it seems to be like they're just shook. They know we're a good team and they're dreading the fact that they got to play us.

We're getting better with each week that passes. 4-0 Skins.

Browncos v. Redskins.

We will finally find out who got the best of the Portis-Chump trade.

Guys, don't forget we recieved a 2nd round draft pick in that trade also. The Broncos used it to select Tatum Bell last year. He may turn out to be the iceing on that trade. He will see the ball this weekend. So Bailey and Bell for Portis. Hmmmm, we'll see.

Bailey was leaving anyways. If Bell is so great why isn't he starting and why is Shanahan bringing in Ron Dayne and using a 3rd rounder on Clarret?

Simmer. Where in my post did I say Bell was GREAT??? Bell isn't starting cuz Anderson had a great camp and pre season. Bell also has had some small nagging injuries. I fully expect him to emerge as the season goes on. As far as Dayne and clarret, depth.

I have always liked Anderson and Bell looks like he will be good. When the pick was wasted on Clarret, there were injury questions in the Denver backfield. Sure, they probably should've taken someone else in Clarret's place, but they did seem to need depth at RB at the time.

Clinton Portis was our only offensive weapon in most of the games last year. At the same time, we were able to pick up Springs after Bailey left, and our defense actually improved. So, it's pretty hard to say we got shafted on that deal.

That being said, 100-yard runners have been few and far between against this Washington Defense -- and the D-line, particularly Corny, is underrated.

Those denver fans expecting a cakewalk will be in for a real surprise, though I'm sure the denver players and coaches aren't looking past us.

There is no doubt the Skins have a very tough "D". Myself, I don't see a cake walk. I see a fairly low scoring game as the Bronco "D" has been playing very well also. It's going to come down to the offenses and which one will be more proficient. We may not have a 100yrd rusher but Anderson and Bell will reach the 100yrd mark between the two of them. Denver at home is tough to beat thats why the Broncos win this one.

The funny thing about that whole waste thread on the Broncos site is that most of the posts simply say: Redskins suuuuuuuuuck.

No real content. No real argument. No real nuthin',

Just a bunch of posts from people with an overall collective IQ < 500.

Apparently that is what they call a "suck thread," where they all just post in there that some team sucks without anything to back it up.

we have just stooped to their level. It's amazing how people can complain about their postings and yet post the same childish material. who got the better deal...nobody. Clinton is a decent RB but no cadalac. not sure if it's the blocking. other teams were starting to figure out how to beat Bailey. We also knew he was kinda fragile. giving them chump and a draft pick was wrong. that's like saying we know chump sucks so we will throw in a pick too. Chump was a decent player....but also a whiner...in the end. as long as both teams are happy now who cares. yea we have not made it to the SB in a few years. neither has the Bronco's. and yes the Bronco's did finally make it...and win only after Gibb's left. I don't think we can seriously state that it took us more than one time to go to the SB and try to win/lose. We didn't show up what 3...4 times in a row to lose.

lets look at stats. Brunell has a QB rating of 84.8. Plummer has a 77.9. Brunell has only 2 interceptions and Plummer has 3. running game is about equal with Portis having 263 yrds with an average of 4.2 yrds per carry. their anderson has 267 yrds with an average of 4.3 yrds per carry. receiving...Moss has 15 catches for 342 yrds for an average of 22.8 yrds per carry. smith has 26 catches for 286 yrds for an average of 11.o yrds per carry. The teams are about equal offensivly and it will boil down to the defenses again. of course Denver has the home stadium advantage and it being mile high. they think thier offense is all that well the Seahawks had one of the most explosive offenses in the league and we shut them down till the 4th quarter. We controlled the ball longer and should have beaten them by atleast 1 touchdown had it not been for the refs bad call and one field goal had it not been for our missed field goal. the game will be close but I think we can pull it off.

Seriously. Don't sweat what folks type in the "Sucks" threads. They're not there for debate. I would also love to here what y'all have to say about this weekends matchup. We have a suck thread for all teams in our division and someone ussually starts one for the upcoming opponent.

We have a thread "Hello skins fans" and the only one from here that has posted in it is Punu. So how can you guys say we don't want to discuss this weekends game. If you come to talk football and not troll chances are you'll be treated fine. C'mon over www.broncosfreak.com

One thing to consider is Bailey has more TDs than CP this year.
