Something else to think about when you hear how the Skins have overpaid for DJax...

DeSean Jackson will count more against the Eagles' salary-cap this season ($6.25M) than he will the Redskins' ($4.25M).

By the way, how can a workout bonus be "fully guaranteed"? You're telling me that if he never shows up at the facility except for training camp, he'll still get it? Why even call it a "workout bonus" at that point? (I'm guessing it's purely for accounting purposes.)

It is the most money spent on a WR this free agency. OTOH it's not like it breaks historical records. Certainly a lot of money, but on the whole it seems like a fair deal for both parties . . . provided he keeps playing at the level we've seen him play.
