Al Saunders as new OC for the Redskins!

Hey guys, listening to Sirius NFL radio and just a few minutes ago heard that the Redskins hired Al Saunders as the new OC. I heard a 3 year contract.

I'm not sure what you all think but he was the top OC on the market, our offense needs some more work and Gibbs and Snyder go out and get it ...

Appreciate the help. Sorry I hadn't replied earlier, a lightnening strike took out my internet. I'll hopefully make it to the tailgate party, you'll know me from my Bears' fan friend who's probably wearing his favorite jersey Rashann Salaam. :)

See you all at the game and Go Skins!

Good places to be this Sunday?

I'm coming up for my first live Redskins Game and had a few questions if any of you can answer. Thanks for any helpful info.

1) Where's the tailgate party at and how can I get to be a part of it?

2) Also I've got tickets to the fifth quarter, how much fun is that?

3) Any good places to go ...

Hey thanks for all the help! I think I will grab something in 140 or 139, sounds like they're my best bang for the buck. Looking forward to going up there and finally seeing my Redskins Live. Of course, if I hadn't had Direct TV I would probably be living in Maryland somewhere.

Anyway, I know a ...

Question about Seats at the Stadium

Hello Redskin Fans! I know that this really isn't Redskin talk but I'm hoping someone can help me out.

I had two questions. A friend and I are travelling up to see the Bears play at the Skins and we were looking at tickets online to get. One of them is in the Dream section, row 17. Where exactly ...

GET WELL ROCK

Everyone going to the game on Saturday we're going to try to do something for Jansen. Right before the coin toss (good moment of silence at that time) we need all the Redskin Fans to start chanting "Get Well Rock". It would be great to bring a sign too, more signs the merrier even if its a sheet of ...

You guys are great. I typed this last night, woke up and went to work this morning, and look at it now. I think the "get well rock" chant would work great, as well as just the Jansen name. Let's ask if we can start a new post and keep it up so everyone can see it, with the name of the chant at the ...

What we can do for Jansen

Hey all you die hard Skins fans,

Last night I watched the game and I'm sure like everyone else took a blow last night when Jansen got hurt. Immediately I started thinking what are we going to do without him, and how's our season going to be now, and then today I woke up and really thought about ...

Joe Johnson was plain nasty with the Saints before the Packers though. He beat Larry Allen in a MNF game for 5 sacks I think one game. (could be 4). He's got talent, I think he could be a good pickup.

Tony Brackens I heard is going to Green Bay. He's hurt more often than Johnson, though.

Haynesworth is a beast but has a not so good attitude. I like Joe Johnson too, 3 or 4 years ago he whupped Larry Allen when the Saints played the Cowboys for 4 sacks.

It is real odd for a player to fire his agent right after the draft. What has or hasn't Rosenhaus done that he needed to be fired for? Taylor's the highest saftey to be taken in 14 years. Looks bad but let's hope for the best.

Thanks for the info. I was hoping the Redskin wuold sign Jason Peters, the 330 pound tight end (I think from Arkansas). He runs a fast forty too, figured he'd be great blocker alongside the new hogs.

Many people have said in times like this that words can not convey the sacrifice that that man made. Imagine the millions of dollars each year he gave up to fight for our country, which gives most of us a chance at a life far better than most who walk this earth.

Pat Tillman was a true American ...

I've been on the side of getting Udeze for awhile now. However, I've woke up this morning (maybe it was all the beer) with a change of mind.

Let's look at this as a more than one year fix. If it is, we can get a good DE in the draft next year, or more depth on offensive line, or even a safety ...

Even though we probably won't trade, it's still will be exciting to watch the draft next weekend. Even win they go up to make the 1st selection, or any selection, we know that the words "There has been a trade" could be possible with the Redskins.

Read about Samuels down in this forum:

m

I've been arguing for Samuels to renegotiate too, but if all he wants is 15 mill in a signing bonus for a new contract then that's not too much for a pretty good left tackle, even if he hasn't played great the last two years.

The bottom line is ...

Jakes groing up right, it sounds like. I've watched in on TV every year since it started, and was this close to flying up there for this years. I heard Gibbs was going to try to be there for some of it. That's worth it on its own.
