Question about Seats at the Stadium

Post by cjpck44 »

Hello Redskin Fans! I know that this really isn't Redskin talk but I'm hoping someone can help me out.

I had two questions. A friend and I are travelling up to see the Bears play at the Skins and we were looking at tickets online to get. One of them is in the Dream section, row 17. Where exactly is the Dream Section and has anyone been in it, and how's the game from there?

My second question involves just regular seats. A few of the seats we could get are in Sections 140 or 139. Is that on the Redskin side of the field, or does anyone know?

And finally, are there any bad sections to buy tickets from to see the game?

This is my first Redskin Game that I will see live, and I would appreciate the help in finding out where good seats are. Hopefully I can catch a few of you at the tailgate.

Thanks for any help.

I've never heard of the dream section, so I can't help you there. Sections 139 and 140 are on the Redskins side around the 10-20 yard lines.

Here is a seating chart of the stadium.

The dream seats are the two or three very front rows....they cost a fortune but you get free hot dogs and cokes...and peanuts.

ahhh dream seats....dream section threw me off.

In that case it would be section 17 and not row 17. There are only two rows I believe. If my bifocals are working properly, I believe that is in the corner of the endzone on the visitors side.

Hey thanks for all the help! I think I will grab something in 140 or 139, sounds like they're my best bang for the buck. Looking forward to going up there and finally seeing my Redskins Live. Of course, if I hadn't had Direct TV I would probably be living in Maryland somewhere.

Anyway, I know a few of you get out there and tailgate a little before the game. Do you all meet somewhere or do the official Redskins' Tailgate club? It would be great if I could meet up with a group of you before the game, though I am bringing a Bear's Fan along.

The "official" theHogs.net tailgate party will likely be in the green lot by Gate A with the famed Hogettes.

Keep checking back for updates and more specific information.
