First trip to FedEx

Please could anyone advise me on the view from the "nosebleed" seats in the 400's section? I am coming to DC from the UK just for the game against the Giants on Dec 5th and am looking at buying tickets in possibly section 401. Is this really too high a view bearing in mind how much all this will ...

Taylor having a poor camp

Guys, a guy on another UK-based NFL forum who claims to be in the know with the media and scouts, claims that the word is that Taylor is not impressing at all in training camp, is unlikely to be a starter for a while, playing more like a 5th rounder than 5th overall. For all you guys who are lucky ...

Some good arguments either side, both teams were brilliant, but I'd also go for the 83/84 team. Although I couldn't see most of the games, being in the UK, I just felt that the 83/84 team were going to win guaranteed, not quite so certain for 91. That 83/84 offense was just unstoppable.

Wouldn't be Rich Milot would it? Wasn't he #50 in 81? Doubt he was around in 91 though.

I think it was the 1991-2 SuperBowl year when we went 17-2. We went 0-4 in the preseason. Look at the young guys. Work out the kinks. Don't show 'em anything.

During Gibbs' previous tenure, the Redskins generally had poor pre-seasons. Personally I too would be quite happy for an 0-5 pre-season ...

it.

Who cares already. The point was and is, the guy is looking around and seeing people writing about how much they like Bugel, and he doesnt like the idea of a Redskins fan enjoying himself, so he gets on here and writes "what has he done lately"

its not about football. read between the lines ...

Personally I'm more than happy for Curveball to ask about Buges - gives people opportunity to tell everyone about how great the Hogs were under him. Buges may not have had the greatest success as a HC but we all know what he does best. Curveball, you just have to listen to the noises coming from ...

Since 1980, the last few games of the Jack Pardee era. My folks lived in DC briefly so me and my two brothers flew over for the school holidays. The following year a new channel in the UK started showing highlights so we could actually see a few plays, rather than wait for a few Washington Post ...

Re: Running backs

You are quick to annoit him the next best runner. Its great for a guy to gain all the yards he did in the system he did. Its great for a guy to get 806 yards against 3 teams whose defenses were ranked 27,28 and 30th. Those are facts, some of you fans overlook the facts, when you should try to ...

I expect Gibbs saw that the remaining D-linemen left were not worth picking and had no potential to make this team, but that the two O-line did. There would be no point picking a 5th/6th round DE just for the sake of it, and he probably sees something in the guys he took. Let's see how it pans out.

We may have all had different wants from the draft. I wanted Taylor, I'm happy. I think we needed an impact player on D more than on O. However, if we had taken Winslow I would be looking at how much he can do for us, and I'd be pleased.
Taylor might not be the pick some were after but no-one can ...

We could due without Taylor If Taylor is there when we pick, it will be the stupidest move on our part not to pick him. QUALITY OVER QUANITY. I know draft day for us will be over quick because of our 1 pick on the first day, but I rather have a solid stud than two ...
