I agree. And it works in our favor that his position is rarely drafted so high... so he won't have any leverage to try to get more $$$ than his slotting dictates.

When i use to work in the Restaurant business, we use to call out for a side of jalapenos like this:

"Hey, I need a side of JAPS!"

Maybe, Billy boy was refering to Jalapenos instead of the Japanese
Or, "JAP" could've been referring to "Jewish American Princess". I have no idea how that could ...

Yep... and the way he pumps us up is nothing compared to how fired up the offensive line is going to be this season :D

Are you sure you didn't mean to say that the Broncos would win 8 games? That would be a pretty good prediction... :?

I think these new uniforms look pretty sharp. Honestly, I've always kind of liked the Bengals uni's. The first year I can remember being an "official" football fan was the year the 49ers and ...

True, but this is Sean Taylor. Not Winslow and the Poston brothers. Taylor and his agent will find a way to get him in camp on time. Whereas Winslow is already talking about holding out.
I can't see Sean Taylor being a holdout. A safety is generally not taken this high in the draft. There really ...

Gibbs wanted Brunell, he personally sought him.
That's right. And I think the character issue was a big factor. Coach Gibbs and Brunell see eye to eye on the field, and off it. Gibbs knows precisely what he can expect from Brunell in the way of commitment and integrity.

Now... if the choice ...

Very smart of him to stay out of that mess (not like he had a chance at the number anyway ;) ).

I heard some soundbites about all of this from Coach Gibbs earlier today. He took the high road and, when confronted with the fact that Winslow basically called him a liar, said he thinks no less of Winslow and thinks he will have a great career. (what coach, other than Gibbs, could say that and ...

MD overachieved this year... no doubt about that. I wish they would've gone farther, but I'm not disappointed in the effort. They beat the #1, 2, and 3 seeds to win the ACC tourny and nobody can ever take that away from them :D
