I use a combination of Ad-aware and SpyBot (for spyware), and Google Toolbar (for pop-ups) myself.

MD overachieved this year... no doubt about that. I wish they would've gone farther, but I'm not disappointed in the effort. They beat the #1, 2, and 3 seeds to win the ACC tourny and nobody can ever take that away from them
