Unless you have been at every practice and every meeting, you have no idea how Joe Gibbs is with his players. Injuries CAN occur because of poor stretching and injuries, but some people are just injury prone (see Cliff Russell, Ladell Betts) and some injuries are caused by 300 pound men beating ...
