Dat Nguyen a top ten MLB IMO

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Gambit, preseason stats mean zilch. Henson is getting his reps in the second half of games against players who will be back to taking drive-thru orders in 2 weeks.

We can pick this conversation back up when Henson is starting in place of the injured Vinny...

"I don't know what happened? I turned around to give Eddie the ball and we were both tackled and I broke my hip." Testiclverde.

If Henson is lighting up the league against starting defenses, I'll be the first to admit it. But since that won't happen, I can sleep easy knowing I won't have to compliment a Puke.
How many more sleeps until next season?

Once again, Gambit, pre-season stats don't mean jack. At this point Drew Henson has outperformed no one, because he has not played a single down of NFL regular season football. Same goes for Jones. Brunell is the #12 rated QB in NFL history. That is pretty good company. Clinton Portis is only the 3rd back in NFL history to rush for 1500 yards his first two seasons. Come back when you have something valuable to say.

Here is something of Value. WE OWN THE SKINS. You guys keep overlooking the facts. Keep overlooking your poor performance with your overpriced stars. Keep making excuses and turning the other cheek to what is going on around you. I will continue to keep laughing and Walking around Washington D.C. with my cowboy jerseys smiling.

I will be more than happy to eat crow if they go beyond that to 10-6 or more and the playoffs.

Looking at the schedule: I think it pans out this way:
Gibbs will beat the 6 teams we should beat (Giants twice, Browns, Bears, Lions, and 49ers) and split with the rest. This gives us an 11-5 season. I'm very confident that we are vastly superior to the 'Pies, but we always seem to play down to their level so I won't guarantee two victories there.

As I said in this thread from Hog Wash, I am not willing to guarantee two wins against the 'Pies since we seem to be very creative in finding new ways to shoot ourselves in the foot when we play you.

Yeah, and you guys picked up Ryan Leaf last year. What's your point? Dat is as good a player as the 'Pies have on the entire team. Our D is going to be top 5 this year. Gambit, you started this thread out right with the whole Scouts, inc. thing. They give plenty of reasons why your team ranks #25 overall. The 'Skins are #8, BTW, only 6 points away from the #5 spot, and 20 off the #2 pace. They rate your increadible running game #26, your great O-line #28, and your winning QB situation a whopping #31. How's that for details to back up our argument that the 'Pies will suck this season? Here's the link:

Have you been sleeping under a tree? We had Leaf in 2001!
Philly Lost!

Couldn't have happened to a nicer team or a nicer set of fans!

Your Cowboy jerseys are smiling? Seriously though, you should try putting it on, not just walking around with it. I bet your jersey never saw the light of day during those three straight 5-11 seasons. It'll be time to put it back in the closet after this season. Better get out the mothballs, it could be a while.

LOL really, please, I am very proud of my team. Those 3 5-11 seasons I was still wearing my colors. If you doubt me I can give you the number to LIKE THAT barbershop and you can call and ask my Barber who is a Skins fan, you can ask any barber in there. There are about 10 of them there 2 of them are Cowboy fans and the rest are skins fans. See my heart dont pump Kool Aid, unlike The Washington Redskins who cannt get up for big games.

I have travelled the net and found the Redskins promise land. This is, by far, the best site out there for Redskins/NFL News, Notes, Opinions, and so much more.
