the cover 2 defense, the turnovers, the speed with no size on the line - it all contributed...

4 guys should be able to push the pocket when NE was sending 5 WR out... they didn't

I will say that either defense didn't look good, but at least NE has some good LB to stop the run when it counts ...

In our case, the DT position is a little light in depth and injury prone for my taste... better to have a 5th DT available than an 8th or 9th LB is all I am saying

we need depth at the DL far more than you need autographs in yer "boys" book ::Grin::

oh - shall I remind you Salave'a had injury probs the last couple of years? :)

We have 4 DT... and 7 friggin LB already :)

JP - Daniels and Griffin are both older vets :)

Daniels is 9th year, Griffin 4th, Salave'a 6th, Haley 4th, Noble 6th, Wynn 7th

Warner and Evans are the young pukes :)

Evans is 3rd and Warner 2nd

LOL Jake - if all yer "boys" were here there would be 400 Redskins and no other teams over 20 players...

I wouldn't say 4 DT is decent when one is bothered by an injury from training camp (Griffin) and Noble is coming back from a huge knee injury and is wearing a club on his left hand ...

Boschetti was a daggone good DT.

I don't know that I would be celebrating - he could have done some good for us if Noble can't hold up, or if we get another problem on the DL

Khary Campbell well outplayed Clifton Smith in the preseason

I tell you that not only did the screen that we couldn't defend infuriate me... the QB rollouts throwing to the TEs in the end zone twice, and the same play to a WR the third time really tweaked my last nerve...

The last blitzing defense we had was Marvin Lewis, though in my opinion, it wasn't as ...

Koz is listed as questionable for the game... but I did like what I saw of Sellers' blocking.

Don't forget that Gibbs will substitute liberally during the game and the depth chart is just for show... there isn't anything stating he doesn't have a set of WR like Coles, Thrash, Jacobs for ...

remember the ghost fumbles and awkward throws he had when he played for us? I can't wait to see BJ's face when he looks across the line and sees Arrington and Washington jumping at the line - wondering which will blitz...

I'm fortunate for two reasons - first - I was gone all day yesterday and wondered why the article would be in the Smack area when I saw it...

Second I saw the URL, wondered and went to ESPN and seeing nothing there in the headlines (which I would think it would be there) went to teams and saw ...

he did ok - he just has to learn not to give 10 yard cushions... either have more faith in himself or his safeties...

Doesn't mind hitting and he can stick to people like glue - very good on ST too

if Friedman won the job due to not having mistakes - it would seem to me that he ought to be the guy we are pulling for... I like Raymer a lot, but I certainly wouldn't say pull Friedman if he out played Raymer just cause he is a fave... :)
