I don't really care where the Redskins are ranked before the season begins, only where they rank at the end. Let them prove they deserve better than that and move up throughout the season. Let them surprise us all and make the playoffs and then they will be worthy of at least a top 12 ranking. :D

Not like we did not see this coming. Jeremiah Johnson was a complete bust as a Redskin.

I tore my ACL playing basketball on the same day Carlos Rogers tore his ACL so I take special interest to see how his recovery is going. What a miserable all around day that was to watch New England demolish the Redskins and Carlos get lost for the season and then blowing out my own knee later on. I ...

Their decision making process and salary cap management makes you worry that they may not. However, I am going on the premise that even the blind squirrel finds the acorn every now and then.

I was extremely angry Sunday but have since calmed down about it. I believe we beat the Rams 51-7 in the 84 playoffs and I did not feel bad about the Redskins running up the score.

BTW, after watching that game, I went out and tore my ACL playing basketball Sunday night and have to have the ...

Calvin Johnson?

The NFL Network on Sirius Radio has been mentioning the last few days that the Detroit Lions and the Washington Redskins had the most input on the Pro day workout at the end of last week for Calvin Johnson. They are also saying that the Redskins had the most personnel at the workout, including owner ...

Unless the Redskins no something about Springs injury status that we don't, I really hope they find a way to keep him on the roster this year. If Springs forces their hand, I do not want them to deal with Denver unless it is totally lopsided towards the skins to make up for how they have burned us ...

This topic brings me to a issue I have with the current NFL game day roster structure that I though would have been eliminated in the last CBA. Why does each team need to place certain players on the inactive roster for each game? My feeling is if they are not on the Practice squad and they are not ...

First personal foul on Sean Taylor was bad call IMO

I think the first personal foul called against Sean Taylor was a terrible call. It looked like the receiver still had the ball notched in his arm when Taylor made a perfect tackle, driving through the receiver with his shoulder to knock him out of bounds and knock the ball loose. How was that any ...

I am paranoid that an opposing player is going to take advantage of the spitting incident and fake that Sean Taylor spit on him to get him kicked out of the game and suspended.

This topic reminds me of a wedding I attended of another huge Redskins fan. He had Sonny Jurgenson and Sam Huff in attendance and actually played Hail to Redskins when he and his bride marched back down the aisle at the conclusion of the wedding.

My only real concern with preseason games is who gets injured and how bad. Any other preseason stats usually have no carryover in determining regular season success.

I agree. I was already disappointed that they traded so many picks for #25. I think the Redskins will only make things worse if they combine both round one picks to move up to draft ANY one player. They have the chance to possibly pick up a quality player for both the offense and the defense if they ...

I agree that the Salary Cap is a necessary evil. I used to be almost as big a fan of baseball as I am of football. I now pay very little attention to baseball because I despise what it has become. I do wish they would change the rules for CAP implications if you trade a player to another team.[/img]
