Wow! I read about the punch and that he apologized for doing it but I didn't know it was a cheap shot like that.

Stephen Alexander made ESPN's top ten unsportsmanlike plays list for a similar move in a preseason game (while he was a Skin) against Carolina. It was a punt, and he nailed the guy down south just as he released from his block to go cover the punt.

No NFL players wear cups anymore, so there is this unspoken rule that you just don't do that--since everyone is vulnerable. That guy better protect himself real well in the next couple of weeks.

Oh, and way to pull out Hans Moleman, CLL. :lol:
