Portis on the bench??????

Now I know that alot of these jouranlists give bad info. and uneducated opinions, but I saw this article on NFL.com about fanatasy picks for this upcoming week.....

Giants at Redskins: I don't like anybody on the Redskins at all. RB Clinton Portis is supposedly not going to start -- Ladell Betts will. Be sure ot check that for yourself ... For the Giants, I think rookie Eli Manning will have another tough game since Washington has a tough defense. The only play for New York is Barber because he has played so well. Beware: The Redskins are third in the NFL against the run.

Has anyone else seen somewhere that says Portis will not start? I have looked a few places and do not see anything that matches up. If so, he must really be in the crapper with Gibbs.

No, he's going to start and get a lot of carries. Gibbs has vowed to get him more involved this week.

Better hope Porty doesnt fumble again

. Hopefully he's learned and he'll speed through defenders.

Where do these journalists get their info? Gibbs already benched Brunell, so there's no way the "top" two additions to the team would be benched. Give me a break.
