Giants fan here. Go figure. Giants opened with loss to Philly in Philly, then reeled off 4 wins in a row against Skins, Cleveland, Green Bay at Lambeau, Dallas in Dallas.

Then, we have Detroit at home and we let Harrington score 7 on their first possession. We regain the lead at 10-7 with an opportunity to make it 17-7 before the half. Warner has a wide open Toomer in the corner of the end zone. He lobs a pass to Amani, and it is intercepted by a speedy Detroit CB who comes out of no where. A bullet pass would have been 7 for the Giants. From there, Lions cop it 28-13.

The following week, the Giants blow out Minnesota in Minnesota 34-13. It was 34-0 in the fourth quarter. Go figure.

Critical games tomorrow. Giants have Chicago at home. 6-2 is possible. 5-3 could be a prelude to disaster.

Skins have backs up against the wall. Based on our experience with Detroit, better get them early and not let Harrington get confident. BTW, Roy Williams is a stud if healthy.
