John Gruden vs. Terry Francona

Post by ANT7088 »

Just curious, the Bucs & Red Sox were pretty much built by the previous Coaches and/or Management, they both came in their first year, put some "finishing touches" and won Championships!

I think Gruden had it easier. The Bucs didn't change much to win it and they didn't really have to overcome any sort of adversity. I also think Francona proved to be an excellent manager. The way he had the team focusing after going down 0-3 was phenomenal (sorry Ant)

I said Gruden. The key to this is to look at what Gruden has done since he came on board. The first year, he inherited a good team. Once he got his feet wet, and started to do what he wanted to do, look what happened? Gruden is in way over his head!!!
Sit back and watch the Redskins.

SOMETHING MAGICAL IS ABOUT TO BEGIN!
