The Tree of Life.

Post by TheMagicThree »

Anyone else fascinated by this? Or for that matter, have any of you heard of it?
Over thinking, over analyzing separates the body from the mind.
Withering my intuition, missing opportunities and I must
Feed my will to feel my moment drawing way outside the lines.

Okay, you sparked my interest. I just did a Google search, and it came up with some information regarding the subject.

What fascinates you about it?

Might I also recommend "The Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren?

How might that be fascinating to me? Well, I like what the Hebrew's said each 'Sephira' stood for. Through their number system I have calculated that I am the seventh sephira, Nedzach. There's lots of other things as well, but I really don't feel like typing it all down. It's just an interesting subject for a young man who is contemplating the thought of joining the Masons.

P.s. I'll try and look for that book, thanks!

I'm sure some of you would be enlightened to know that some of Tool's lyrics in Lateralus had some reference to Allister Crowley and The Tree of Life.

Yeah Terri I could use a sip from that fountain too. Heck I could use a whole glass full! ;-)

TMT it sounds interesting. As soon as I get done looking into the Di Vinci code and the likes, I will check it out.

My favortie line from the Simpsons:

Flanders: "Looks like someone is having a pre-rapture party!"

Homer: "No Flanders, it's a meeting of gay witches for abortion , you wouldn't be interested!"

So TMT... what's the Tree of Life all about? I've poked around and it seems to deal with spirtuality, and the different planes.... Care to go into more detail?

I think I stumbled across this once when I was reading up on Final Fantasy VII. Never checked into it too deeply.

Judging on your post concerning DaVinci code, I think you could possibly like this.

It's at Animal Kingdom at Disney World in Orlando... if you haven't been there in the past couple of years... then you probably wouldn't remember it....

That'll do it! It's been like 6-7 years since I've been to Disney, AK wasn't there.
