Good Bet

Post by JansenFan »

I work with a Cowboy's fan and we have been jawing it up a little bit in anticipation of Monday night's game. We decided on an interesting friendly bet.

Whoever wins prints out a banner (workplace friendly, of course) and the loser has to prominently display it in their Cube until that team loses. So if we win, go undefeated and win the super bowl (not that it would happen) then he has to display my hail to the redskins banner until next season.

Let's go SKINS!!!

Any other firendly bets going on? My aunt used to be married to a Steelers fan and they had some doozy's. One year, the loser had to put on a maid's outfit and clean the house while the rest of us continued to enjoy the rest of the day. The Skins won and as my uncle is cleaning the living room, we commenced to dumping popcorn on the floor and anything else we could think of to make more work for him.

At draft day, I bought a "Redskins Teeny Tiny fan Club" Kids t-shirt for a co-worker's 9 month-old girl. My co-worker is a Cowboys fan, and, if the Skins win, she has to let the baby wear the shirt. She still hasn't come by with terms for me if the Skins lose.

I plan on seeing pics of the babe in the little shirt after Monday.
Back and better than ever!

A friend of mine who is a Cowboy fan and I have a bet. Whoever loses has to chop off a finger.

Did you specify your own finger, or can you chop off one from anyone?
I got your number. I steal your thunder. I got your mother's maiden name tattooed on my arm.

Unfortunatly for the loser, it will be his. The loser does have the choice of which finger gets the axe.

For some reason, I'm serious, I knew you would be for the first one to respond to my post :) . I don't know why. I just did.

It's probably because you figured out I'm a smartass with too much free time. :)

Well, at least it more meaningful than, "I bet I can light my zippo 10 times in a row". What a disturbing flick that was, typical Tarantino!!

No bet their all mad at me. The last few years I have helped them get tickets...Than last after the Boys game I was so freaking mad I told them never again...As the season approched they ask I said have fun...One of them went out and brought a 60 inch flatscreen so there're all going to his house to watch the boys lose!
