QBs: I have a better arm than Brunell. Agree that Ramsey has not weened himself from Spurrier. Hasselback played well.
RBs: Not much here except Cartwright's fumble will put him in Gibb's doghouse. Cartwright has more of a fullbacks' style of running which I believe is not going to mesh with Gibbs' style.
OL: Mediocre. Loss of Jansen is huge. Buges will earn his salary trying to fix this.
WRs: OK. We clearly have a lot of depth here and 1 or more can and should be traded.
TEs: OK.
DL: I thought played pretty well. Need to work on tackling techniques.
LBs: OK, need to work on tackling techniques.
DBs: Taylor is not only an exceptional physical specimen, he has the instincts that will make him a Pro Bowler. You can cut Jimoh now.
Special Teams: Punting and kicking very good. Runbacks and coverage just mediocre.
In short, we have a long way to go on both sides of the ball. Jansen's injury is huge; means Ramsey must step up now as Samuels is now the man.
We Have a Long Way to Go!

many of you may not agree with me but I was happy with last nights performance. Joe has been saying all week that the offense looked rough and it did. The last couple of years the redskins have lost not because of lack of talent, but because of a lack of coaching, discipline, and heart. Well coaching won't be a problem anymore and neither will be discipline (how many penalties did the skins have last night not many.) However in my opinion heart has been a problem. All off season I just sat back and listened to the comments that have been made about how everything is just going to magicially come together. Well last night it was shaky which was good for the skins to prevent them from thinking they are futher along then they are.
Yes there have been teams to turn around in a season go to the playoffs and I hope we can to, but last night should put things back into perspective Joe said this will not be easy and I think we should be tempered in our expectations. When parcells came back last year the SO CALLED EXPERTS predicted 6-7 wins, I belive Joe is better let him raise the bar on his own.
BE PATIENT!!!!!!!!!

holla back
How can Jimoh still be on the roster? Why don't they just go out on the street and sign someone else to play his position, oh wait maybe thats what they did with him.
This guy is just awful, if they are keeping him because he is a benefit on special teams, then just keep him on special teams. Oh well at least it was just a preseason game, hopefully they wont put him in to guard T.O.
