What in the world were they talking about Denver going for 2 so that there wouldn't be a tie?
Do they need better producers or something?

I think they said so that there WOULD be a tie, not so that there WOULDN'T be a tie.

That may be what they MEANT, but that's sure not what I heard. Of course, Madden says the opposite of what he means all the time.
Wish I had TiVo, I'd go back and check. hehe.
What do you guys think of the new sideline reporter? She sounds just a little bit like she doesn't really know who these people she is talking to/about are.

Either way they were right there was a tie and then there wasn't

My question is...if there was a tie at the end of regulation....would they play into sudden death O.T.? As a coach, I wouldn't want to do that....in a preseason game.

Yes, there would be OT.
A lot of times in preseason, if a team is down 7 late and scores a TD, the coach will go ahead and go for 2 just to make sure there would be no OT.
