espn 2k5.... so many gliches so little time

Post by DaSkin »

If anyone is still wondering if the should just buy espn because its only $20 u should know that there are a whole bunch of gliches. if u get a clipping call on a runnin play they give you negative rushing yards on your stats. another glitch is that when playin against the computer they sometimes use quarterbacks on kickreturns, i was laughin when i saw joey harrington tryin to go for a return. since i dont buy any other football game then madden i gave espn a rental and im glad that i didt waste $20 on it. What format are you playing on? I've been playing the PS2 version for a couple days now and have not seen the glitches you noted. So far, I've been very impressed with the game and think it's a steal at $20.

Same here KFH, I am on XBOX. Only glitch I have seen is when it is Snowing like crazy on the field, the fans seems to be enjoying good weather in the stands?????

Still want to get Madden and see why it has such a loyal following.

I forgot to mention that I didn't even have to pay $20, it is currently on sale at Target for $15.88.
Even if someone knows that they will be purchasing Madden 2005, I think they should go ahead and pick up ESPN 2k5 also, if not just to send a message to the game developers. If Sega's sales/profits go through the roof, then maybe others (EA Sports) will eventually follow suit with lower prices.
