Trung Canidate 34 181 5.3 0

I really do think if we ran this guy 20 times a game, man we would just kill teams because our stud QB would audible to Coles.

So we have to ask teams what do you want Trung or Coles its your freakin pick :lowblow: :!:

Not sure...it appears that Betts really busts through the line once he gets into the game.

I believe Ladell will eventually be the NO. 1 back, and soon.

I do like the change of pace from Betts to Trung, however.

I kinda like the 2 back switch for each particular situation they are needed......They could probably work Morton in there a little more often also.....

Well I know one thing...

... there are no passes going to any of these guys... that surprises me.

I thought Morton would see 3-4 pases a game in 3rd down situations.

we finally saw a reverse to Coles last week....pretty sure it was him.....but very few screens, dump-offs to backs (like Morton) or draws

I sure do think that would loosen up the defense and give up some big plays deep IMHO, of course
God bless our troops and Joe Gibbs.

Although I guess the subsequent argument would be that moving the ball has been the least of our problems.

You can't really complain about our total offense so far, so I guess it's silly to complain about not seeing any of the 'junk' in the repertoire so far. Screens and dump offs are often second or third outlets, so maybe we are just seeing the byproduct of Ramsey picking a more primary receiver to throw the ball to.

just my My 2 cents

Dunno... I still think Morton can be really dangerous on some of those 'junk' plays.

agreed....I just like the "junk" plays.....for one it takes advantage of our speed strength....secondly it requires the opponent to spend some time preparing for them, even if we don't use them

how I'd love to see a fake punt or field goad pulled off....I can't remember the last time I've seen any successful trickery.....does anyone? and if so, what & when?

Funny you should say that, when I was typing my post about Wilbert Brown going to the Pats, all I was thinking was 'yeah good thing we got Sultan McCullough not even dressing each week.'

Not that Brown was an integral part of our team, but we gave up a decent back-up for the sake of protecting McCullough from getting 'stolen' by another team (if he was on the practice squad).

Funny that having two QB's on the roster hasn't been a problem, but only having two TE's and trying to keep 4 RB's (if you include Chad) already cost us a center.

:D Junk plays? I would rather choose, make the LBs honest plays. Like mentioned above we dont really need these honest plays because our offence is hot.

I read from ESPN that if we had a tightend we would be clicking and would be considered not dangerous but very dangerous.

I think when we start playing defences that make there LBs zone up, we will dump passes to the back field. I also think that if P-Ram continues to play the way he has, we will win the Superbowl this year. Guys, add a tightend who will catch and a Stud like Taylor who runs routes, man i think we haven't seen sh!t yet! =P~

One other thing... I am a stats man and according to stats I will have to go with Trung he has the :hail: speeeeeeeeed :hail: to line up with our receivers.

I like betts on 3rd down plays he runs hard :D

I would like to see Spurrier throw a few backfield catches to Trung and watch the SS cheat up for a 50 yard TD to COLES. My 2 cents
