Josh Norman is an asset

I've seen a lot of guys on here downing Norman, and I think you just don't get it, or you think you do and you're just flat wrong.

The attitude this guy brings to the team is a breath of fresh air, yeah he is cocky and talks smack... I expect him to, and want him to. He doesn't go over board, he doesn't claim to be something he's not, the only time he goes out to pick a fight is on the field, which is just part of his game, a good part of it. You see how ruffled he got Dez that Dez is still talking smack... God I hope we see them in the playoffs, because Norman has the bait on the hook at this point with him.

He brings a passion to this locker room. His work ethic is great, he is extremely competitive, and is helping to bring some fire to an otherwise flat defense. If he wasn't there, I would be afraid that every time the D hits the field they would half ass go out there expecting to get smacked aroumd, but Norman never expects to get beat, and that's bleeding over to the team.

He's not without faults, mostly his penalties, maybe a off mark.comment here or there about those, but so far, I'm regards to both his effect on the team, and his personal numbers, he has been worth what we paid him... you put a couple good safeties behind him, and get Breeland to play more up to his potential, and you'll see normans impact seem even greater.
