I think the refs made a lot of terrible calls and non-calls both ways.
The fan in me says we got jobbed but I will leave that calculation to others.
Having said that the non-calls that truly bothered me were the egregious personal fouls on an alleged point of emphasis - The head and player safety.
There was the blatant crown of the helmet to DJax's ear hole right in front of a ref at the sidelines.
There was late hit spearing to our running back to his helmet at least twice.
There was the horrific face mask on Crowder at the pylon.
To make things even worse Cincinnati is known to be a dirty team.
It reminded me of the days when you could do whatever you wanted to to Patrick Ramsey.

Since the NFL is playing so many games in London for the first time, I'm wondering, do the have a specific crew reffing all of those games, or do they rotate them out every week just like the teams?

As a soccer fan, I did sort of enjoy the irony of the NFL going to London to show off their product only to have a game end in a draw.
Maybe wish it had happened to the Giants or somebody other than us.

Agreed on all these points. Meanwhile NFL refs are nothing short of trigger happy when it comes to illegal contact and defensive holding calls. This season has been near-unwatchable thanks to all the penalties, made worse by the WRs and QBs looking at the refs expectantly after every incompletion. It's ridiculous. Just play the damn game. The players should stop trying to win on technicalities, and the refs really need to stop enabling them trying to win on them.

Thank you... we have asked several times that folks not respond in a contaminated thread... we have spent significant amounts of our own time, that we'd prefer to be using for other things, to clean up the crap being dumped on us... PLEASE, make that lousy job as easy for us as possible by not burying this stuff behind a newer post. It really makes it hard to find that stuff. Yes, it may be frustrating to not make a legitimate post in an active thread, but one of us will find the crap and remove it a lot more quickly if it's not been hidden.Deadskins wrote:tribeofjudah wrote:It's all GREEK to me...........
