If this is what counts as "too far", I'm not especially worried.

The team name is "REDSKINS" but the players can't wear shirts that say it?
Nike can kiss my backside.

I sincerely doubt Nike made the call on that.
You think the NFL or the team itself made that decision? I'd find that hard to believe.
I didn't look but I'll bet the Kansas City one says "CHIEFS"

Crisis averted. I don't know how they make the decision to use team name or team city, but its apparently not a political statement.
Seriously, there is no shortage of Nike REDSKINS branded items on shop.nike.com.

The one I posted was from NFL Shop. They didn't have the "REDSKINS" one for sale when i created the thread.
I'm still going to rant. To hell with Nike.

The Tennessee and Chicago shirts are both from nflshop.com too. Now enough with you, crank old man! hahah.
All jokes aside, I wonder how in the hell they decided that those three were going to use their City name while everyone else used the team name? I'm willing to bet there is actually some kind of sales research behind it. Too odd to just be completely random.

I really don't know the answer. I'm just looking for something Skins to discuss and it's so slow this was it.

Let's talk abut Harry Callahan instead. Did he fire six shots or five?

Oh where to begin?? I like the idea of marketing a product for the upcoming training camps but the design flat out sucks...I mean Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder could have done a better job designing something more appealing than a t shirt that says the name followed by training. The sad part is you will be seeing idiots wearing them with pride which only inhibits the morons to design more worthless crap like this in the near future
