Redskins collector

Post by PaRedskinsfan44 »

There may be a off season for players and coaches, but not for me, I have football all year round. Iam a long time collector and I have about 120 Redskins games on dvd ranging from 1977 to 2013. Many rival games against the Eagles and Cowboys, playoff games and Super Bowls. Enjoy going back in time watching players like Riggins, Butz, Jacoby, Mann, Green, Arrington. and todays players such as Kerrigan. I have football cards from the 70's to present and various cards of all star players. I have autographed cards by J Theismann, and Ryan Kerrigan. I also have several McFarlane figures such as Riggins, Portus, McNabb and Arrington. Iam a Redskins fan living in Philadelphia and I love the rivalry against the Eagles.

Hi, I'm very interested in what games you have and how I could get copies of them. Please let me know. Thanks!

My prize Redskin memoribilia was given to me by a buddy that worked in the print shop of the Washington Post, I have the Washington Posts' front page tin print - the 'stencil' that the pages were printed from - with John Riggins busting thru the line for his gallop to win the SuperBowl with the defender hanging on. You can almost hear the deisel horn.
I need to get John to sign it.

I have a football from 1987 (strike year) signed by Babe Laufenberg, Mark Rypien, Jay Schroeder, Doug Williams (Super Bowl MVP), Ed Rubbert (longest pass completion in NFL that year ... in a scab game), and Tony Robinson (beat the Cowboys in final scab game).

I have Joe T getting his leg snapped by LT on a Beta tape.

I have a wooden Sonny J bobble head from the '60s (along with a Johnny U bobble head).

I had a seat cushion but threw it on the field.

I have a seat from RFK.

Mostly autographed jerseys of the Hall Of Famers: Baugh, Jurgensen, Mitchell, Taylor, Riggins, Monk, Green, and the should-be Hall Of Famers: Brown, Smith, Jacoby, Clark.

But I also have a couple of rare items: unused tickets from the last game Sean Taylor played and a seat from Griffith Stadium.

You don't really want to keep that, do you? I could give it a good home. 8-[

I hate it, but the thing is plugging a hole in the wall that the squirrels had been using to raid my closet stash of cashews... Sorry.
