we'll be fine - thankfully - Captain Kirk is really good at getting his passes off quickly ...

OS and I will be keeping a close eye on this - guaranteed
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Add to the offensive woes that Jackson is not back, Reed is out and the OL was unable to open up holes for the backs the last couple of weeks. Cousins will unfortunately be called upon to throw it 40+ times without his best weapons available. As I see it the only good news in the Jets offense is struggling also.

I'll repeat - you play the games as they come and injuries have always been a part of what happens to each and every franchise - we get the Jets this week - a game that many here probably looked at as a W before the season began based on whatever - that's the way it goes - here we are - and Captain Kirk gets to show he's a good NFL QB ....

I'm looking for Captain Kirk to show me that he's a good NFL QB - this is what happens when there are questions about who you are

Captain Kirk get's to be the man this week - I'm looking forward to it

none of that stuff matters when you have a QB that can read defenses like you've been touting ...

I'm looking forward to Captain Kirk showing that he's a special QB that could be as good as Fave or Elway if he's given enough time

now's the time to shine - it's all systems go for Captain Kirk

I'd prefer that we not suggest long standing and contributing members are trolls...
Beyond that, I suspect OS can handle the challenge...

Cross-posting the same thing in every thread (including ones which have absolutely nothing to do with Kirk Cousins) is hard to define otherwise. One need not be a moderator to know when every thread is being derailed.

And with that, I'll drop the subject.

Our defense will win this game for us. The offense will do just enough.

Honestly, losing Trent is the biggest blow... Lich has been getting blown the *beep* up all year!!
Crowder and Ross need to get going, Djax is a stud but smallish and frailish.. the drop off is more so losing the silver back.

I think we still have a good chance

The defense has been playing well and the offense just needs to play decent and not press too much - Williams is a huge loss, not just a good player but the leader on that line

we have seen these guys rise to the occasion this year - this is another good test

I'm a bit worried about the Jets game tomorrow, solely because of the injuries to our offensive line.

:D Just looking for Captain Kirk to prove me wrong about my concern about his inability to stop turning the ball over ...

turnovers by the offense are a killer and either Captain Kirk finds a way to stop doing it or we need to see what Colt McCoy can do

this is a great opportunity to show he's progressing in this area, because the NY Jets are all about forcing the QB into making bad decisions

Captain Kirk needs to step up ... I'm just looking for all those attributes that OldSchool and B&GF have been espousing about Captain Kirk

OK - it's 1:15 - just watched the Wallabies beat Scotland in a quarter finals game in the Rugby World Cup

just sat down and getting ready to watch the game - I do feel that we could win this game because of our defense

offensively they don't scare me much, but, then again, I'm sure the Jets feel the same about our offense

really? - you were not even a little bit worried that Captain Kirk would continue to show that he's a turnover machine and cannot stop making bad decisions ... well - it was pretty clear to most of us that the huge injury list did not affect the outcome as much as the horrible play and more bad decision making by Captain Kirk

be interesting to hear the reasons for this - he only had 2 INTs but he kept trying to get more ....

I don't need 'feeding' - I've got all the BS I need already - I'm tired of fans that continue to bash a QB of the Redskins (who isn't even a part of the game day roster (until yesterday) and then push for a back-up QB and a HC that is just a good OC to succeed

I am not going away and I will continue to go after the 5 or 6 here that think that Captain Pick and the wrong Gruden can become very good at what they do

I'm not letting B&GF off the hook for his claims that Captain Pick reminds him of Brett Favre & John Elway at similar stages of their careers

and OldSchool ... oh boy! it's going to be fun looking at some of his posts again

hey! - I'm cool, you guys just continue to hope that Jay and Captain Pick are going to find a way ...

wasn't it nice to see Griffin in B&G again - that probably sent funny little shivers through a bunch of idiots here ... gotta love it
