Redskins Future

Post by SKINS#1 »

After the current draft, if DS has the patience and is all in with the new GM and his draft Philosophy to build a championship, my direction would be for him to assemble the best scout team possible with money being a non-issue.

The GM may already have a very good scout team but if it can be improved by adding additional Scouts, Psychologists, additional film team members, etc., I want him to move forward to get it done.

Then DS can stand back and watch this develop.

I agree. The Redskins have had pretty much the same scouting staff that was here when Joe Gibbs 2.0 was hired. It boggles my mind how Scott Campbell is still with the organization.

Yeah let Danny boy do what he does best... stroke that check.

He just needs to tell Scot "Get whoever you want, tell me how much to write the check for"

Kudos to Scot for not just blowing it up when he got hired. The scout team does so much work you cant just start it over right before FA and the draft... but expect it to get blown up shortly after.

I agree. He got here too late to change the scouting dept. this yr. I expect major changes next year.
