Redskins not part of crazy opening to FA

Post by Prowl33 »

Anyone else find it weird and relaxing to be on the outside looking in?

Suh gets the biggest deal for a defensive player in NFL history
Revis signs the biggest CB contract in NFL history
Eagles and rams make the crazy QB swap
Eagles trade away McCoy and get rid of Maclin
Jimmy Graham gets traded to Seahawks

Pleasant change dont ya think?

The feeling is more relief than anything else. :)

Though we did end up making significant moves. Our defense is going to look very different next year.

I'm also relieved - these guys are looking to build on what they have ... it's no longer just about fielding a good group this coming season - we now have guys in charge that are looking long term .. a 6 or 7 win season is not a bad thing if they keep adding to the mix and we see a franchise that is a lot more competitive in 2017 - gotta love the 'restraint' - screw that 'we're better than we were last season' BS - this is about getting better for the long term and especially on both the offensive and defensive lines

I'm a patient fan ... :D
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)
