Bills Kolb might have career-ending concussion: accident

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Bills Kolb might have career-ending concussion: accident

Post by welch »

Bills QB Kolb might have had his third concussion, a cereer-ender, in the Redskin game when he had been tackled and a Redskin LB leaped over Kolb to avoid hitting him. Knee clipped the back of Kolb's head. Clean play by young LB who was not remotely trying to injure Kolb.

From Deadspin, which has the replay.

If that's all it took to give him a concussion, He really needs to retire.

It was his third concussion. Seems to be the accunulation, and maybe how serious the previous concussions were.

I know, but that doesn't change what I said. He is, for whatever reason, too vulnerable to this type of injury to play football.
